We created an identity for Nannini Mirto, a company that specializes in the ancient technique of "Commesso Fiorentino", or marble inlay, which dates back to the 16th century and was made famous by the Medici family.
We also helped them with setting up their online shop, where they sell their products and services to customers all over the world.
The Identity
The logo is based on the initials of Nannini Mirto, N and M, stylized as two marble tiles that form a square, representing the company's expertise and precision in cutting and assembling marble pieces.
The logo also suggests a window or a frame, inviting the viewer to discover the beauty and variety of the company's works. The colors are black and white, to match the elegance and simplicity of the marble. The font is classic and refined, to evoke the tradition and history of the company.
The Process
We started by learning about Nannini Mirto and their brand, and what they wanted to achieve. We then researched their market and competitors, and came up with the best strategy for their brand.
We presented them with three logo concepts, each with a different mood board and color palette. They chose the one that resonated with them the most, and we refined it until they were satisfied. We then built their website, online shop, stationery, brand guide and social media profiles, following the same style and tone of the logo.
We also created the content for the website and tested everything for usability and functionality, and launched it after Nannini Mirto’s approval.
